Where services are delivered. The Accessibility Clinic accepts inquiries from individuals, schools, organizations, and agencies across the United States. Professional learning, accessibility consultation, organizational accessibility support, and digital accessibility reviews can often be delivered remotely or through scheduled on-site engagements. Individualized assistive technology evaluations are coordinated through AssistiveTechnologyEvaluations.org. Some direct-service programs, including certain home, educational, and community-based services, are currently concentrated in Central Florida. Each service section below identifies relevant delivery or geographic limitations.

On-site evaluations by a qualified Rehabilitation Engineer to identify and address mobility and safety barriers.

Home Modification Guidance & Referrals

Referrals to qualified contractors, vendors, and funding sources for modifications such as ramps, roll-in showers, grab bars, and widened doorways.

Aging in Place Solutions

Recommendations and equipment to support independent living for seniors and individuals with disabilities.

Caregiver & Family Training

Offered remotely and in person, depending on the service.

Home Safety & Accessibility Training

Instruction on use of assistive devices and environmental modifications.

Technology Use & Maintenance

Support for families and caregivers learning to operate smart home tools, communication devices, and adaptive technologies.

Independent Living Support

Training focused on enabling greater autonomy for individuals with disabilities.

Community Education & Outreach

In-person programming is based in Central Florida, with remote options where appropriate.

Accessibility Awareness Events

Community workshops, adaptive gaming nights, and public demonstrations promoting inclusion.

Seminars and certificate of completion programs for educators, clinicians, and employers in accessibility best practices.

Accessibility Reviews & Recommendations

Organizations such as retail spaces, offices, restaurants, nonprofits, schools, and websites may request a review to help identify potential barriers in physical and digital environments and to receive general recommendations for improving access. Accessibility Clinic does not provide legal determinations, code inspections, or certification that a facility, website, or organization complies with the ADA, WCAG, or other applicable laws or standards.
