Qualifying for Services

Our services and programs are dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities who face financial, physical, and situational challenges. Eligibility for assistance is determined through an evaluation of the following criteria:

• Financial Need: Applicants must demonstrate financial hardship through supporting documentation.

• Documented Disability: A valid diagnosis or certification of disability is required.

• Specific Hardships: Consideration is given to unique circumstances that impact the individual’s access to necessary resources or services.

To ensure responsible allocation of resources, applicants are encouraged to explore coverage options through their insurance or other funding sources before seeking assistance from our services and programs. Funding options vary by individual circumstance and are not guaranteed; Accessibility Clinic cannot guarantee coverage, eligibility, or reimbursement from any specific funding source.

Our evaluation process is designed to balance flexibility with fairness, recognizing the diverse needs of the community we serve. While we strive to assist as many individuals as possible, support is provided at the discretion of Accessibility Clinic and is subject to availability of resources.
