• We have 4 families in need of assistance:

• In need of in home respite care services, Sunshine health has left to fend for themselves since October 2021 and are on the verge of losing their home see the attached article https://floridapolitics.com/archives/532538-medicaid-managed-long-term-care-complaints-are-increasing/.

• A family is in need of a power wheelchair repair and has need of repairs to make their wheelchair accessible van run again.

• A family is in need of a replacement communication device and customized programming, the families previous device failed and all the individuals customized programming was lost. This individual has no way currently of communicating with others due to the device braking.

• Ukrainian refugee family currently being hosted in Lake County, FL needs mental and physical supports, clothes, meals, translator services, integration assistance, and transportation.

All of our families have been verified to be in need of services.
